You can find this work of art in Chiavari, province of Genoa, Italy. Beautiful arches have been sealed. I wonder what it looked like and who lived there at the time before they renovated the building with horrible modern windows.

When I’m not wrangling my feline friends, I spend my time writing, doodling, playing with clay, gardening, and exploring the enchanting Italian countryside with my husband. I also love preparing homemade pasta, showcasing my culinary skills.

  1. So… my question is: Why didn’t they put the windows where the arches were? Such a beautiful building! It really is a shame that it’s been spoiled this way. Thanks for posting!

  2. I wonder? They ruined the building IMO. As soon as COVID is gone and we can travel again I will inquire about it. I’m also curious to know why they ruined this masterpiece.
